The rules every member signs up to.
Written in plain words, shown again in the app before you pay. They exist to protect the people who pay on time.
Who can join
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Have a steady income so you can keep up with every contribution.
- Join only what you can comfortably afford. Your pickup amount never changes.
- Provide a valid Ghana Card and the details we ask for, so we know we are dealing with the right person.
- Join only if you are serious. An unused slot blocks another person's chance.

Pay the full amount on every due day
Daily groups are due every day including weekends. Weekly and monthly groups are due on the printed weekday or date.

6pm Accra time is the cut-off
A payment that lands after 6pm counts as missed for that day. The app shows a countdown so there is no guessing.

A missed day moves your slot back three places
You stay in the group and keep everything you have paid, but you collect later. The admin team may pardon a push after review.

Contributions and join deposits are not refundable
Once a payment is approved it belongs to the pool. If you must leave, an admin can replace you, and the replacement takes over your slot.

Pickups go to the MoMo number on your profile
Changing your number needs a code sent to the new phone. Pickups leave the morning of your slot day.

You must be verified before your pickup
Upload your Ghana Card once in the app. Unverified members cannot collect, even if their slot day arrives.

Half slots share everything
Both members pay half each due day. If one misses, the whole slot is pushed. On payday each receives half the pool.

Slots are set when the group starts
Slot positions are not given out when you join and are never promised upfront. Joining early does not get you an earlier slot.

No extending of payments
Extending payments is not allowed. If an extension is ever considered, your slot will be last to collect. Repeat defaulters are removed.

Positions are assigned automatically when the group starts. After the start, positions can be reordered based on payment consistency, so joining early does not get you an earlier slot.
Your deposit is day one
The deposit paid to join is not a fee. It counts as your first contribution, so when the group starts, day 1 is already covered. Without it you are not admitted.
